For the High Wind Warning, south winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected. * WHERE...The Marin Hills, Western Sonoma County Hills, Northern Monterey Bay, The Santa Cruz Mountains, San Francisco, Coastal North Bay Including Point Reyes National Seashore, and San Francisco Peninsula Coast. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from 1 PM this afternoon to 10 PM PST this evening. For the High Wind Warning, from 10 PM this evening to 7 AM PST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected.
